A Longhorn in Lausanne

Showing her Longhorn pride in Lausanne, Switzerland, in October 2023, is eighth grader Eileen Hoard, who traveled to Europe with her mother, Caroline (Gillespie) Hoard, BA ’01, MSIS ’04, Life Member. She is also the daughter of Zack Hoard, BA ’01, Life Member; niece of Flannery (Hoard) Nardone, BS ’04; granddaughter of Liz Gillespie, BS ’90; and great-granddaughter of John Gillespie, PhD ’54. The Hoards live in Dallas, where Zack is an attorney and Caroline is a research librarian.
