Longtime Longhorn Promoted to Colonel

Maurice D. Millican, BS ’85, Life Member, was promoted to the rank of colonel in the Army Reserve. Millican is the command chaplain at the 75th Army Reserve Innovation Command in Houston, with special duty at Army Futures Command in Austin, and lives in Georgetown with his wife, Linda.
