Alum Creates Custom Longhorn Stock Car

Drawing inspiration from NASCAR driver Jeff Gordon's No. 24 Axalta/Texas A&M School of Engineering car, as well as the final football game the Longhorns and Aggies played, on Nov. 24, 2011, Matthew Richardson, BS ’16, Life Member, modified a 1/24 scale NASCAR die-cast with a restyling more appropriate for the Forty Acres. Richardson was an active member of Longhorn Racing while at UT and now works for Shell Oil in New Orleans.
