Horns Up in the City of Lakes
D. West Garrett, MS ’06, Life Member, threw his horns up in Udaipur, India this summer. Garrett is an economist at U.S. Dept. of Labor and accompanied his girlfriend to the “City of Lakes,” which is her hometown.
