Raising a Longhorn Flag in Bolivia
David Ortez, BA ’06, Life Member, shared this photo from his 2012 South American backpacking adventure. When he visited the world's largest salt flats—Bolivia's Salar de Uyuni—he took the opportunity to add a Longhorn flag to the Flags of the World display near the Salt Hotel.
Ortez, left, tied the flag while his Aggie friend Myles Garza helped out.
