Carol Menendez, BS ’11, tossed up her ’horns while swimming with a dolphin in Cancun, Mexico, in November. Menendez was in Cancun to represent Havana, Cuba in the 2012 Swimsuit USA International Model Search, where she placed 26 out of 75 contestants. She lives in Houston.
