Garland is a GIS Analyst working at Pioneer Natural Resources in Dallas and is married to fellow UT alum Rebecca Tillery Rowan, BBA, ’03, Life Member. Together they have two little Longhorns, Raleigh Faye, 5, and Delta Kit (DKR), 4.
