A UT Reunion on the Oscars Red Carpet

As adjunct professors in the Moody College of Communication, Jeff Hunt, BJ ’84, Life Member, and his son, Chris Hunt, BS ’12, regularly invite a representative from the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences to speak to their classes each semester. One student took a particular interest in the Academy in 2023, and within two years, Pierson Livingston, BS ’24, Life Member, was a full-time employee and found himself on the red carpet working alongside the Hunts at the 2025 Oscars Ceremony.
