Alumna Surprised for 50th Birthday with Scholarship Endowed in Her Name

Alisa Manning Peppers, BA ’90, Life Member, was surprised on her 50th birthday in October 2016 with a scholarship endowed in her name. Her husband of 23 years, Reginald Peppers, BA ’89, Life Member, worked secretly with the Texas Exes staff to create the Texas Exes Alisa M. Peppers Emerging Leaders Scholarship, even colluding with her sister to keep the surprise.
