Mano a Mano in El Baño: UT Alum Orchestrates Epic Battle

The creative wizard behind Old Spice’s new spice is pulling his funny stunts again today.

Craig Allen, BA ’03, BS ’03, Life Member, Outstanding Young Texas Ex, first hatched the “Man Your Man Could Smell Like” campaign. Its hilarious commercials featured hunky Isaiah Mustafa on a horse.

Now Fabio is challenging Mustafa to an “internets duel” starting today.

Mustafa dismissed Fabio’s “harsh, heavily accented vernacular,” and the insults have been flying ever since.

Allen, creative director for the advertising firm of Weiden + Kennedy in Portland, directed the new Fabio TV commercials and says they were a blast.
