Texas Exes’ Headquarters: A History (Watch)

In our 125 years, the Texas Exes had a few different homes, both on campus and around Austin, before we settled into the Etter-Harbin Alumni Center along the banks of Waller Creek.

UT Heritage Society director Jim Nicar knows the whole sordid (OK, not sordid — let’s go with riveting) story of where we started, where we’ve been, and why we’re where we are now.

Note: whoever it was who decided the Alumni Center should have so many bathroom stalls, we game day revelers salute you for your foresight.
