Texas Alumna Attending Medical School in Cyprus

Victoria Gonzales is a 2015 UT-Austin graduate majoring in biology/pre-med in her second year of medical school at the University of Nicosia Medical School in Cyprus, a small Greek island. The school is affiliated with St. George’s University of London.

The University of Texas helped Victoria continue her dream of becoming a doctor. She will transfer to Chicago for the last two years to continue her studies, but Austin and UT will always be deep in her heart. Pictured below is Victoria on her graduation day from UT, along with her father, Gonzalo Gonzales, brother Alex, and mother, Sylvia Hernandez Gonzales, BS ’76.
