Burnt Orange at the Big Tree in Rockport
Arthur J. Ferguson, BBA ’57, and Wilma Sandel Ferguson, BS ’55, stopped in Rockport to see the “Big Tree” at Goose Island State Park. The coastal live oak is reported to be over a thousand years old, and survived Hurricane Harvey relatively unscathed. The Fergusons celebrated their 61st wedding anniversary in 2017 and reside in the Kingwood area of Houston.
