Charlotte Anne Fullen put her horns up in front of the orange tulips at the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival in Mount Vernon, Washington. Charlotte is a fifth-generation Longhorn and her parents are Catherine Fullen, BBA ’03, Life Member, and Corey Fullen, BBA ’04.
