A New Longhorn Family
Eric Paschall, BBA ’05, MPA ’05, Life Member, shared this photo of the Lemons family. It was taken on Feb. 6, when Amy and Jared Lemons met their new daughter, Joelle, in the Congo for the very first time. After an almost yearlong adoption process, the Lemons were thrilled to meet Joelle—and to give her a burnt-orange outfit.
Paschall, who is a family friend, reports that although neither Jared nor Amy attended UT, they are diehard fans. “They are not UT grads, but they are definitely Longhorns,” he says.
The Lemons recently returned home to Texas as a family of three.
