We know you’ve all been waiting with bated breath to see what the next Alcalde cover will look like. Well, guess what — the wait is over!
Behold, the May/June issue. [Cue clouds parting, angels singing, etc.]
In this issue, to commemorate the alumni association’s 125th anniversary, we’re announcing a list of 125 Extraordinary Exes.
They’re athletes and artists, scientists and musicians, public servants and trailblazers of all kinds. They come from many different backgrounds, but they share two things in common: 1) they attended The University of Texas and 2) they used what they learned on this campus to go out and change the world in some way.
But this list is just a start. We know there are far more Extraordinary Exes out there, so we’re asking you to help us identify a bunch more.
In the next couple of days, we’ll be teasing out a few names on the list, just to whet your appetite. So stay tuned…
