Local artist Allison Gregory wasn’t a Longhorn–but that hasn’t stopped her from creating a Bevo series of paintings, one of which hangs in the Etter-Harbin Alumni Center.
Gregory, an abstract painter, adds her own whimsical touches to the Bevo we all know and love, a tribute to her parents, uncles, and cousins who attended the University.
And while her works have been shown in both national and international galleries, Gregory was gracious enough to loan one such Bevo painting to the Texas Exes; in fact, it hangs right down the hallway from our Alcalde offices.
