I read on espn.com that the aggy players were crying in the locker room after the loss. Do you have video of that? Because THAT I would love to see
A thing of beauty.
Someone told me that Aggies never lose, they just run out of time. Well, I beg to differ. They lost! And, oh, what a glorious defeat it was.
To me it was extra special that we stole it from them at the end, ripping their hearts out. Clearly they outplayed UT for much of the game…. but they are Aggies! Only fitting to go out breaking their hearts yet again!
The game could not have scripted any better. Their loss was more devastating by taking the victory from them in the last two seconds of the game. The aggies were crushed. They will not whine and moan about this one forever.
I live and work in Bryan/College Station and know from personal experience that aggies had the scent of blood coming into this game. They were overflowing with confidence. They just knew it was theirs.
NO aggies !! NO !! YOU LOSE aggies !!! YOU LOSE IN THE FINAL TWO SECONDS !!! AND YOU LOSE IN YOUR STADIUM, YOUR HALLOWED GROUND, aggies !! WHERE IS YOUR SMUG, OVERCONFIDENT ATTITUDE NOW, aggies??
So! The Longhorns sent the aggies to the SEC as the losers they really are.
Yeah I was in the video. Loved watching that one from the 30 yard line front row. Was the best ticket I have bought since going to the Big 12 title game back in 1996. So worth it.
So proud to be a Longhorn! It was absolutely the best farewell to our aggy friends
All of the towells mysteriously quit being twirled by coincidence just as the FG split the uprights. There was still .5 of a second on the game clock.
Don’t tell me aggy gave up before the end of the game?
~in my best Eric Cartman voice~ Mmmmmm aggy tears are so soooo yummy!
A joy to watch up here in Yankee land where they only think of Harvard and Yale game and Boston College as being football games worth watching.
