President Clinton Shows His True Colors

Former President Bill Clinton spoke at a sustainability conference in San Antonio last week. Other Big 12 and UT System schools were there, eager to hear his tips on making operations more eco-friendly. But guess whom he showed support for?

That’s right.

Clinton sported the boots and suit look last year when he was on the Forty Acres for the Clinton Global Initiative’s splashy University conference, which drew students from all over the country and globe.

But he’s definitely upgraded since.

Clinton’s footwear choice was spotted by Jim Walker, UT’s sustainability director, and eagerly shared with delighted UT administrators. “During the Q&A portion, I was pleasantly surprised by his choice of boots,” Walker told colleagues. “The folks from A&M were not.”
